What it is
Crisp triangular pastry around a savoury, slow-cooked filling. In Mozambique a street classic — sold everywhere, always freshly folded. Our samosas are folded the Mozambican way (triangular, tight seams), lightly pre-fried, then shock-frozen. On your side: 3 to 4 minutes in the fryer at 175 °C — golden, crisp, and a filling that still steams.

Preparation
Our samosas are pre-fried and shock-frozen in our kitchen. In your kitchen you skip that whole process: straight from freezer to fryer at 175 °C, 3–4 minutes — no defrosting, no pre-baking. The outside turns crisp and golden, the inside hot. Under 30 seconds of kitchen time per portion.

Within one working day you get a transparent quote: per-piece price by flavour, box size, delivery fee (usually included around Eindhoven), and the delivery date.
We fold, shape, pre-fry and shock-freeze on the agreed day. Delivered in insulated packaging — into your freezer within the hour of departure.
When you need them: 3–4 minutes in the fryer. No prep, no defrosting, no waste.

No. First-time orders can start from a single box. We believe the first batch should sell itself — not commit you to a minimum.
Three months from the production date, kept uninterrupted at −18 °C. The production date is on every box.
Every box carries a full ingredient and allergen label per EU rules. By default our samosas contain gluten (wheat pastry), egg (breadcrumb coating, in rissoles and coxinhas), and per flavour: milk (cheese, cream), crustaceans (shrimp), fish, or soy (tofu). Ask for the allergen sheet — we'll send the PDF for your HACCP file.
Our recurring horeca customers order weekly or fortnightly, with a fixed menu per month. We plan production around that so your order is always freshly folded rather than waiting weeks in our freezer.
