For recurring customers
If you cater for the team weekly or monthly, the conversation is different from a one-off booking. We set up a rotating menu so nothing repeats inside a 4-week cycle, agree a fixed per-head rate for the contract period, and lock in delivery windows that don't collide with your standing meetings. One person on your side, one person on ours, monthly invoicing, no surprises.
For finance teams: recurring contracts come with a single monthly invoice and a quarterly statement reconciling all orders against the agreed rate. Audit-friendly, no spreadsheet detective work.
Good to know
For team lunches and small office orders, two to three working days' notice is normally enough. Larger events (kick-offs, parties of 60+) work better with a week or more. Same-day or next-day requests — ask, we can sometimes accommodate them.
Yes. We issue VAT-compliant invoices (BTW-factuur) per order or on a monthly statement for recurring customers. Send us your billing details with the first order and we'll set up the right invoicing flow.
Yes. Many of our corporate customers run weekly or monthly recurring orders (e.g. every Friday lunch) on a rotating menu so the team doesn't get bored. We agree the rotation and a single point of contact, then it runs itself.
Yes. Every corporate menu we put together includes vegetarian options by default. Vegan, halal, gluten-free, lactose-free or any specific allergens — send us the names with the head-count and we plan around them.
Both. Delivery to your office or venue is included in the per-person price for orders within the eight service municipalities. Pickup from our kitchen in Son is also available — useful for off-site or last-minute orders.
Both options. For team lunches and informal events we usually drop off in serving trays with tags so anyone can plate themselves. For all-hands, parties or training days we provide serving staff if you want a more hosted experience.
For team lunches: from 10 people. For platters and finger food: from 15 people. Anything smaller — ask, we often have flexibility.
