Plus258's team lunch service is different: hot sharing platters of peri-peri chicken, charcoal-grilled fish, feijoada, rice, salads, hand-folded samosas and rissóis — delivered to your office at the time you ask, in insulated boxes that keep things hot.

You unbox onto a table, your team eats family-style for 30–40 minutes, and you toss the boxes. No setup time, no servers, no cleanup. We come back at the end of the day if you have empty platters to return.

Pricing

What it actually costs

  • Team lunch (drop-off, sharing platters): from €18 per person, 15+ people
  • Plated team lunch (with serving staff): from €22 per person + staff hourly
  • Drinks: mineral water and juice included; soft drinks and wine on request
  • Delivery: included in greater Eindhoven; small fee for Best/Helmond/Veldhoven on first orders, waived for recurring
  • Recurring weekly: fixed per-head rate agreed for the quarter; single monthly invoice

Can you do hot food without a kitchen at our office?

Yes — insulated delivery boxes keep food hot for ~2 hours. We time delivery to land 20 minutes before lunch starts. If your office has a microwave, even better; we'll give your team a 30-second reheat instruction if needed.

What's the lead time for a team lunch?

For repeat customers: two business days. For first-time orders under 30 people: three business days. For 30+ people: a week. We can sometimes squeeze faster turnarounds — call us if you're tight.

Can we change the menu each week?

Yes. Most of our recurring-lunch customers rotate the menu monthly to keep things interesting. We'll send you a calendar; you accept or swap weeks; no extra cost for rotation.

Do you handle dietary restrictions team-by-team?

Yes — send us a list (vegetarian count, halal count, gluten-free count, allergies) and we cook portion counts that fit. Individual labelled boxes available for severe allergies.
